Map:
Enables to map the Strategy,
establishing the relationship of Perspectives,

Definitions
and Library:
All the strategy related
norms could be easily defined and linked
with their respective sub-norms, just by
dragging and dropping the words from the
library. Exclusive library is available
with edit feature. Users
can add their own words for future use.
Multiple
Scorecards:
Multiple Scorecards pertaining
to different group companies or various
divisions of the same company can be defined
and deployed.
Diary
Self and Others:
An exclusive diary is available
to record and report the causes for performance
deviations and corrective actions taken
to achieve targets. Similarly the Superiors
can also query the Sub-ordinates on deviated
performances. Diary functions as an internal
mail.
Simulation
Model:
Provisions are available
to carry out What IF analysis and Sensitivity
analysis, to be used for Forecasting and
contingency planning /Estimating financial
performances or any other business models.
Drill-down
with Sample Models:
A detailed drill-down analysis
tool with custom coloring facility is available.
Samples of drill-down analysis models are
provided to facilitate the clients to set-up
their own drill-down structure. This tool
keep the line of sight of the lowest operating
element to the top level corporate strategies.
Both logical and grouped (illogical) trees
can be generated and assigned measures to
monitor progress or trigger warnings. All
trees are constructed using click and drag;
tabular entry is also permitted as an option;
the two are mutually inclusive- data entered
in one option is available in the other.
Data
mapping tool:
This tool can be used for
inputting the data/scores into the Balanced
scorecard. Import and Export of data is
supported.
