WHAT IS ARCHIVE®

ARCHIVE® is a document reference software with immense add on features to facilitate easy creation of charts for process flow along with assigning of responsibilities and attaching document references for instant access.


WHY ARCHIVE®

The software is designed for creation of complex flow charts in a fraction of the time needed by other charting software while retaining critical feature richness. It permits editing of charts and can be exported to MS office programs like word, power point, XL etc.

It has a unique Picture-In-Picture feature to give the user a sense of location with respect to key elements in the flow chart.

The software is written clearly recognising that changes will be made on an ongoing basis and hence has to be user friendly in this respect.

It helps software programmers, developers, quality and industrial engineering consultants, process planners, design departments of manufacturing units, accountants and auditors. It also operates as a simple level MIS system for SMEs. It helps in preparing work flows with simultaneous allocation of responsibilities and document references.
